Before and After
For those who might be interested in the extent of the post processing done on these latest child portraits, I am posting the Straight Out of the Camera (SOOC) unedited shot above the edited image. I seem to prefer to underexpose my images to retain detail in the highlights as it is easier for me to lighten and brighten them than the impossible task of recovering blown highlights. BUT, this image was underexposed more than I would have chosen just because of the hectic situation and in trying to do several things at once I did not take the time to make any adjustments between photographing the baby and then the big sister. Luck more than knowledge was on my side this time!

Its fun to the the Before and After shots! It lets the rest of us appreciate the photographers post-processing skills more!
