I have started biking with Pearl around our neighborhood and the two subdivisions that border ours, and I often pass this horse who is corralled along with 2 others. They appear to be fed but the field is so sorry, it is a shame they have to live there --- it is always several inches deep in mud and they have no shelter at all, just some stands of barren trees. Not a very nice life for them, and it makes me wonder why. I wish I could help them.
